We all worry about our health from time to time, especially if we (or those close to us) have a long-term condition or persistent physical symptoms. However, sometimes worries about health and physical symptoms can overwhelm us and become problematic. They can dominate our thinking, change the way we behave, and stop us enjoying day-to-day life. If you have noticed that you are experiencing this, you can access support from our Health and Wellbeing Service. We can help you learn new ways of coping with your health worries, help to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood, and, increase your confidence.
