


Managing Wellbeing around Christmas
Feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed this Christmas? It’s the most wonderful time of the year but Christmas can be overwhelming and stressful for many. Christmas is likely to not feel normal this year, due to the pandemic, so it is even more normal to notice changes in your mood at this time.
What can I expect from these sessions?
A standalone Managing Wellbeing around Christmas session for anyone who finds this time of year stressful and would like to learn some techniques to help them manage. In this session will learn techniques and tools to help you cope with stress over the Christmas period.
The course will be live streamed on Microsoft Teams. You will be able to watch the presentation delivered by two of our experienced facilitators. Only the course facilitators will be visible on screen and you do not need a webcam to take part. Participants can make comments and ask questions during the session using chat function.
