The ‘Improving Wellbeing during the Covid-19 Pandemic’ course is a four session online course looking at different emotional responses to the coronavirus outbreak and offering simple skills and techniques to help cope with this. Each session is around an hour long with time after to ask questions and focuses on a different theme each week.

How do I access?
The course will live streamed each week. You will be able to watch a presentation and ask questions via text.
