What is it?
We can offer you free and confidential advice and support if anxiety and depression are affecting your work or you are looking to return to work. We can help with a range of issues such as redundancy, unfair dismissal, holidays and grievances.
We can also help with disability discrimination and reasonable adjustments at work, as well as working with your employer to help them understand how anxiety and depression can affect work giving them advice and signposting where they can get more information. When?
You will be offered a face-to-face or telephone appointment (we also give email advice on request) within 2 weeks of contacting the service wherever possible.

Who is it suitable for?
Anyone who lives and/or works in Sheffield who is employed (or employed and off sick from work) and would like support around their employment.
