Wellbeing Wednesdays
What is it?
In addition to the main IAPT service, we have a yearly programme of one-off sessions available. These sessions will provide some tips to look after your wellbeing and give you a taster of what IAPT treatment looks like.
What can I expect?
This is a standalone session, an hour long, giving you some time to focus on your wellbeing and how to look after yourself. It is an online session with other people, and you will be offered the opportunity to participate and ask questions if you would like to. However, you can also just sit and listen if you would prefer.
In the week before the session, you will receive further information and the online meeting link via email from our admin team – iaptinfo@shsc.nhs.uk.
How will this help me?
- Understand what can affect our wellbeing
- Watch out for warning signs
- Learn some self- help techniques to improve your mental wellbeing
