How do I access?
Phone our central team and request a telephone appointment with an IAPT worker to discuss how a programme can be tailored to you on 0114 2264380 or complete our online referral form.
Please note our Admin Team are available Monday to Thursday between 8.30am and 5pm, and Fridays between 8.30am and 4:30pm.
